The 250 family of pumps is designed for pumping drilling fluid or industrial slurries; Our Company adopt advanced design theory, the centrifugal pump can be used to pump abrasive slurries, high viscosity liquid or corrosive slurries. Compared with competitors’ pump, KES Separation Centrifugal pump have many technical advantages including higher flow rate, anti-corrosion, anti-abrasive, bear the high temperature, long life, easy maintenance etc. The centrifugal pump now is widely used in onshore and offshore drilling platforms. We can also offer upstream and downstream product to offer pump system solutions to help clients achieving work target.
When working in solids control system, Centrifugal pump can be used as feeding pump for desander or desilter cyclones; Centrifugal pump can also work with jet mud mixer ; Centrifugal pump can work as transferring pump when required at any points.
KES Separation centrifugal pump normally adopt tungsten carbide mechanical seal, with International top brand bearing. Centrifugal pump spare parts are interchangeable with most of the international Brand pumps which helps clients to source spare parts in lower cost. Centrifugal pump with open impeller design lowers the axial thrust loads, making the pump easier for installation, maintenance and repair.

Technical Features of Centrifugal Pump
The coaxial thickening design is adopted to reduce the vibration and wear during the operation of the pump and prolong the service life of the pump casing
The pump casing is made of wear-resistant ductile iron alloy, with higher wear resistance during tough conditions
Adopt international top brand bearings with stable operation and long service life
Open impeller design reduces the bearing loading of the shaft effectively; prolong the service life of the bearing
Impeller is made of wear-resistant alloy ductile iron by precision casting, with longer service life;
Anti-loosening impeller lock bolt to eliminate pump damage in case of improper motor hook-up
