Vertical submersible slurry pump is widely applied in oil drilling mud system, HDD drilling mud recycling system , CBM drilling mud cleaning system, civil construction desanding plant. In order to meet the requirement of environmental protection Bureau, the drilling contractor need to take care of the WBM mud pit after drilling completion, and the drilling contractor adopt our WBM dewatering unit to dewatering the waste WBM to get thickened mud cake and environmentally friendly relatively clean water. The client purchased the 4sets slurry waste mud pump to feeding to the WBM dewatering unit (waste/spent mud dewatering unit).
Vertical submersible slurry pump refers to the pump installed vertically; the pump inlet is submerged in water, and the motor at the other end of pump in the top position. When running, the motor drives the impeller to rotate through the coupling and shaft, and the impeller squeezes the slurry into the conveying pipe during the rotating process. At the same time, because the slurry is thrown out at the center of the impeller, it has negative pressure relative to the atmospheric pressure, and the external slurry is pressed into the pump shell by the pressure, so that the slurry pump completes the continuous conveying of the slurry. To achieve the same mud transfer, pneumatic diaphragm pumps and single screw pumps can also be applied. The spare parts of single screw pumps is rotor and stator, this is high cost to replacement.
